ZB Bulk Import Tool

Data Import tool allows you to import Users and Services from Excel or other sources in a fast way.

A Data Import can be done in just 5 Steps;

  1. First you need to log in like you login in ZB Portal;
  2. After chose the file source that you want to import. Note: Chose the correct type of file (CSV = EXCEL);
  3. Mapping the correct file columns to ZB Columns. Do not forget the *Required* Fields;
  4. After Import, ZB will open a path with the success and errors files. Both are in CSV format, so you can open in Excel. Note: ZB append to the last column the error detail or in case of success the ID of the record (Essential to have relations);
  5. Done!
